How are you even doing that? I’m not really here.
You’re always here to me, and I always listen, and I can always see you.

I haven’t drawn Johnlock for a while so have a silly comic where Sherlock has a heart-shaped hole on his chest :).
Don’t worry Idk how that works either.
Let’s say that Cas wears Dean’s amulet and Dean wears Cas’s grace…
this is everything that i want.
fic, please?
yes please
DONE
Dean sighed slightly, a sound mixed up from exhaustion and frustration and pain and a whole heap of other things tossed on top. His fingers played with the leather cord hanging around his neck, trailing down to brush against the warm vile that hung from it. He pulled it up to look at the little thing, musing again how amazing it was that something as fragile as glass could contain something as powerful as Castiel’s grace which pulsed a soft blue light from behind it’s transparent cage.
It had been a week now since he and Sam had fought Metatron. He’d ambushed them when they’d attempted to raid his hotel-home to find out anything they could about him in order to bring the bastard down. The fight had been long and pretty brutal, leaving both Sam and Dean busted up pretty bad. But it had been worth it because just as Sam had slapped his hand onto the sigil to banish the angel a small vial had flown out of Metatron’s pocket, skittering across the floor and fetching up against Dean’s boot. When he picked it up he’d known without knowing how that this was Castiel’s grace. This was the missing piece of his missing angel.
The only problem with this whole scenario was that Dean had no idea where Castiel was. He’d managed to contact Cas once, a very brief phone call that had been cut off far to soon, right after the angels had fallen. After Cas had fallen. Ever since then, two months now, they hadn’t seen or heard anything from or about the angel and with the chaos going on around them it was nearly impossible to look.
But he would find him. He would find him.

Castiel leaned back, biting back a groan of pain as he stripped off his pants to better examine the large cut that was slashed down his thigh from his earlier battle with one of his many brothers who blamed him for everything that was going wrong. The cut was deep, but not down to the bone thankfully. He was familiar enough with wound treating procedures to know he needed to clean it and stitch it up to prevent infection and allow it to heal now that he was human once more.
Of course, staying in a dingy motel room wasn’t exactly the best way to prevent infection but what choice did he have? He had no money and had had to rely on what Dean had taught him about hustling pool to even manage the one night stay tonight so he would have somewhere to rest after his injury. In retrospect, going into that bar with a leg covered in blood probably hadn’t been wise. But he’d managed to win a couple hundred bucks and that was all he needed right now.
Carefully he lowered himself into the tub, hissing slightly as the water washed over the wound and began to work away at the caked blood. Part of him was wishing he was back in that bunker with Dean and Sam rather than trying to patch himself up through all the human feelings of pain in a dingy motel room. He’d only spoken to them once, right after his brothers and sisters had been cast from their home and onto the Earth where they were now wreaking havoc. Ever since then he’d been trying to get to the Winchesters, a hard feat with the world shutting down from the chaos. Bus lines, airports, trains, phones, most everything was either shutting down under martial law or being destroyed by various mobs taking advantage of the confusion.
Thunking his head back against the tile Cas’s eyes wandered around the tiny bathroom as he tried not to think about what he’d caused. He was going to fix it. He was going to fix it.
As his eyes wandered he caught a small glimmer under the sink counter and reached out, leaning up out of the tub to see what the object was that had a strange pull on him. He was shocked to see that it was Dean’s pendent from year’s ago, the one meant to find God. How it had ended up here was anyone’s guess. Perhaps a child had found it and carried it around with them until they to had lost it. Perhaps a maid had thought it an interesting trinket and taken it with her until it had been lost again.
Honestly though, Cas didn’t care how it had got there. Just that it was. Because this was what he needed. This was a reminder of his friend, his friend who he had betrayed time and time again and who he’d sworn he would make everything up to. This was a reminder that even if God had abandoned him and his brothers and sisters there were still things worth fighting for.
Even if the world ended Castiel was going to find Dean. He was going to find him.
IT GOT BETTER
